Job description:
To achieve sales targets set out for the Sourceworx fiscal financial year, and ensure we drive the right principles around sales and achieving revenue targets set out for the business.

Technical Skills:
Business Acumen - Applies commercial insight to deliver a prompt and appropriate response to business matters in order to influence a positive outcome.
Sales Skills - Performs planned activities to boost the sales of products and services in line with sales targets.
Sales Management - Manages efforts put forth to attain and manage Sourceworx sales objectives.
A Business Development Manager can be involved in any of the following activities: formulation of sales strategy through development of account management policies, sales plan.
