Job description:

To achieve sales targets set out for the Sourceworx fiscal financial year, and ensure we drive the right principles around sales and achieving revenue targets set out for the business.

Minimum qualification and Experience:

  • Matric Certificate required.
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related,would be advantageous.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • ICT sales strategy understanding, preferable.
  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales or account management, preferably in the ICT sector.
  • A proven record of accomplishment in closing volumes in ICT Sector Sales.
  • Experienced IT Sales Professional with a proven track record in selling Microsoft, Cloud, and IT Networks products and services.

Technical Skills:

Business Acumen - Applies commercial insight to deliver a prompt and appropriate response to business matters in order to influence a positive outcome.

Sales Skills - Performs planned activities to boost the sales of products and services in line with sales targets.

Sales Management - Manages efforts put forth to attain and manage Sourceworx sales objectives.
A Business Development Manager can be involved in any of the following activities: formulation of sales strategy through development of account management policies, sales plan.
