Purpose
To drive revenue growth for Sourceworx by proactively selling Microsoft 365 solutions and complementary Microsoft cloud services to new and existing clients. This role focuses on owning strategic accounts and high-value opportunities to deliver revenue growth through cross-sell/upsell, IT Services/Panels, and complex solution sales, and positioning Sourceworx as a trusted Microsoft Partner.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Account Management: Expand footprint in existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Build multi-offer proposals and manage executive-level relationships.
• Pipeline Ownership: Maintain weighted pipeline coverage ≥3x quarterly target. Drive late-stage progression and conversion to wins.
• Opportunity Leadership: Lead sales pursuits; ensure eligibility packs and compliance. Collaborate internally on strategic opportunities.
• Mentorship: Coach Junior BDMs on opportunity creation, meeting discipline, and CRM hygiene.
• Governance & Reporting: Enforce in-house CRM standards and report on KPIs
Minimum Qualifications
• Matric Certificate required.
• Degree in Sales/Marketing or Business Management (preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in ICT sales with a proven track record in solution selling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of ICT sales strategy, including Microsoft 365
